Here are some tips to make sure that you have the absolute best experience when enjoying it.

• Our gelato ships frozen with dry ice.

• Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.

• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

• Upon arrival, store your gelato in the freezer.

• Our gelato lasts up to three months in the freezer.

• Our gelato and sobettos are best served at 5 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Your freezer is likely much colder that 5 degrees so set your pint out for five minutes before serving and let it warm up slowly.

  • PRO TIP: The kids and I use one of those pointy thermometers and put it right in the center of the pint to measure the internal temperature.
