What is your shipping policy?

We ship domestically with Fedex ground. Your pints are packaged with Dry ice and sent overnight.

We do a delivery that doesn’t require a signature, so please make sure that you are sending your treats to an address where they can be received you gelato properly. We do so in order for your the pints not to melt if they are sent back to the Fedex Warehouse.

You will receive a tracking number so you can check on your box’s whereabouts.

Are your gelatos vegan and/or gluten free?

Yes, we do have flavors that are vegan and/or gluten-Free.

I have a Dairy or Nut allergy, are your products save to eat?

Our kitchen produces all of our flavors including Gelatos containing nuts and dairy. We do our best to sanitize all equipment between flavors, however cross contamination may occur.

How do I order wholesale?

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, we do! They are paperless Gift Cards. When purchasing them you can enter the email address of the recipient and they will receive an email explaining how they can use their gift cards.

What is your return policy?

All Sales are final.

If the ice cream doesn’t make it frozen, please notify us within 14 days with a pictures and your order number at info@sandersandsonsgelato.com
