Care and Service of your gelato
We advise you to store your pints in the back of your home freezer where the temperature will be the coldest.
For service, remember that gelato should be served soft, somewhere between the consistency of soft serve and regular/hard ice cream. To soften your pints before service, we recommend putting them in the refrigerator for ~20 mins.
